Exchange and Return Policy

First, if you wish to replace or return the product without any defect in the products upon receipt

If the customer purchases the product from the Wise website:

Wise customers have the right to exchange or return the product provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, without any signs of use or opening, within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. In this case, the customer bears the shipping costs to the Wise/Jeddah warehouse (the customer will be provided with the shipping policy by contacting customer service). The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after Wise receives the product and ensures that it meets the conditions:

  • Refund the product value in the form of a purchase voucher.
  • Replace the product with another product of the same value within 24 hours.

 

Second, in the event of any manufacturing defect, damage to the product, or if it arrives broken.

B. If the customer purchases the product from the Wise online store:

Wise customers have the right to exchange or return a product that has a manufacturing defect, damage, or breakage, along with a purchase invoice, within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. Customers also have the right to choose one of the following options after Wise receives the product and verifies its compliance with the terms and conditions:

  • Transfer the shipment value to the bank account.
  • Refund of the value of the damaged product in the form of a purchase voucher.
  • Replace the damaged product with any new product of the same value within 24 hours.

  • The customer will not bear any shipping fees if the reason for replacement or return is damage or defect.
  • The customer must choose another product within 24 hours from the date we receive the product.

Third, if the customer does not receive the shipment from the shipping company or representative for any reason.

• If the shipment is not received from the shipping company, its value will be added to a coupon for the buyer after deducting the shipping costs and the return costs to Wise headquarters.


Fourth, all of the following items are excluded from the exchange/return policy:

  • Wise dates cannot be exchanged or returned for health reasons.
  • Products that are used and/or not in their original condition as they were purchased.

Refund Policy

If the customer purchases from the Wise website: The value of the product will be refunded in a reverse transaction to the same card from which the payment was made, and the following will appear in the account:

For Mada cards within 1-2 working days

For credit cards within 7-14 business days
